고래통신 프리페이드 심카드 이용안내

- 데이터 무제한 요금제입니다. (300MB는 4G속도이며 이후 3Mbps로 변경됩니다.)

- 본 요금제는 프리페이드 심카드를 사용하며 별도의 추가요금이 발생하지 않습니다. 

- 기간 다 사용후 연장하지않으면 자동 해지됩니다.

- 1개월의 사용기간은 30일입니다. 

- 택배 발송시간은 월-토 오후5시입니다. 국내 택배시 배송기간은 1~2일, 제주지역은 3~4일이 소요됩니다. 

- 배송 및 방문 개통 서비스는 두명 이상 동시 개통 시 가능합니다. 

- 국제 택배의 경우 중국은 2~4일, 다른국가는 7~14일정도 소요됩니다. 

- 한국내에서 배송시 심카드는 활성화 되어 배송되어 집니다.

- 외국여권으로 개통하실 경우 고객님이 출입심사를 통과하셔야 완전입국으로 인정이 됨으로 그때 유심 개통가능합니다

- 학생용 번호이동의 경우 ID 카드 발급 후에 개통이 가능합니다. 

- 본 플랜은 한국에서만 이용이 가능하나 해외로밍 신청 시 해외 사용이 가능합니다. 

- 공항-숙소 픽업 서비스는 3인 이상 신청 가능합니다.

   User’s guide 

- Every SIM card contains unlimited data.(4G for 300MB, changes to 3Mbps after 300MB)

- Its a PREPAID SIM card, therefore any extra fee won’t be charged

- Service will be stopped if you don’t extend it after selected period is over

- The duration of a month is 30 days. 

- Delivery is available till 17:00 from Monday to Friday.  Domestic delivery takes 1-2 business days, and Jeju-do takes 3-4 business days.

- Delivery and door-to-door services are available when more than two or more people open at the same time. 

- For international delivery, it takes 2-4 days for China and 7-14 days for other countries. 

- SIM card will be activated starting from the shipping date.

- Opening with a passport, a customer must pass the immigration gate to be recognized as a complete entry. 

- Changing of mobile provider for students is only available with ARC. 

- This plan is only available in Korea, but can be used overseas when applying for overseas roaming service. 

- Airport-Hotel pick up service is available when there is 3 or more people coming.
